Every organization has to explain itself — to members, to donors, to a board, to the public — and a film does it once, well, instead of a hundred times, badly. We make the mission film that sits on the home page, the annual-report video that replaces forty pages nobody reads, the member and donor update, and the coverage of the conference or the annual meeting. The State of the Firm films for Roth&Co and the community films for J-Life Chicago and Jewish Women of the World are this kind of work.
The production is interview-led and the set travels: the executive director in the office, the chair at the annual meeting, the members and the people served wherever they are. Multi-camera coverage of the event itself, with a livestream when members are spread across the country, and drone work over the building or the campus when the place is part of the story.
Delivery is planned around how an organization communicates: the full film for the website and the meeting, a short cut for the email, and vertical cuts for WhatsApp and social. Photography from the same crew gives the annual report and the website their stills, shot on the same days.

How is an organizational film different from a corporate one?+
The audience. A corporate film sells or recruits; an organizational film has to carry a mission to members, donors and a board at once. The craft is the same — the structure and the ask are different, and we plan for that from the first call.
Can you cover our annual meeting or conference?+
Yes: multi-camera coverage of the program, a livestream for members who cannot attend, and a highlights film afterwards. Photography from the same crew.
We are not in New Jersey. Do you travel?+
We work nationwide — Chicago, Nashville, Palm Beach and Maine are all on the work wall. Travel is planned so it costs the organization nothing in shoot time.
