The strongest thread here is how often the day returns to the gardens. The couple are photographed close together against greenery and tree trunks, with soft daylight and a clean, uncluttered frame letting the expressions carry the picture. The badeken also unfolds outside, along a stone path lined with hedges and tall trees, where filtered light through the leaves keeps the scene gentle rather than harsh.
