Vort and Jewish Engagement Photographer in New Jersey

A vort is usually announced with about a week's notice, held in somebody's dining room, and over in three hours. It is also the only night both families are in one place before the wedding, which makes it far more photographically valuable than its planning would suggest. The pictures people keep from a vort are almost never the posed ones — they are the two mothers together, the plate breaking, the friends who drove two hours after seder.

We cover vorts and l'chaims across New Jersey at short notice and light them so a crowded house does not look like a crowded house. If you want a proper engagement shoot as well, that is a separate hour somewhere with better light, and it is worth doing early: those are the photographs that end up on the invitation, the sign-in board and, eventually, the first page of the album.
