Jewish Wedding Photographer in Deal, NJ

Deal and the surrounding shore communities run their simchas on a different calendar and a different aesthetic from the rest of New Jersey — the Syrian and Sephardic communities here have their own order to the evening, their own music, and their own expectations of what a wedding should look like afterwards. A photographer who arrives with an Ashkenazi timeline in his head will spend the night half a step behind.

We shoot here regularly and know the shape of it. We also know what the shore gives you that nowhere else in the state does: twenty minutes of couple portraits by the water at the right hour, which is worth building the entire schedule around and is routinely left until it is too late. Photography and cinema come as one in-house team, and we are forty minutes down the road rather than up from the city.
